Trilogy Agency’s VIBE Home Makeover ‘Choice Options’ Improvements

A wide array of ‘Choice Options’ may be available for recipients of the inaugural VIBE Home Makeover in Tampa Bay, Florida.

In VIBE’s first year, five families will receive home makeovers or renovations at no charge to the recipient families-in-need.

Four recipients receive the Select Edition, with six or more major improvements. One recipient receives the Flagship Edition renovation, an extensive interior and exterior transformation with 18 or more major upgrades.

All VIBE homes receive a nice selection of home décor finishing touches to complete each makeover and renovation. 

The improvements that we include are based on multiple factors: the recipient’s home site and age of home, existing floor plan and recent improvements, family circumstances and financial challenges, the household’s needs, and availability of products from our VIBE partners.

Today, we will detail our ‘Choice Options’ category, a cross-section of 24 home improvements, both interior and exterior selections, where each would certainly make a difference in the lives of our recipient families.

INTERIOR. Multiple options are available to make the interiors of our recipients homes more comfortable, more safe, and more conducive to raising a family. From modern interior lighting to multiple ceiling fans, from custom window treatments to a wood accent wall, from small kitchen appliances to a water purification system, these ‘Choice Options’ are plentiful.

SMART HOME + SECURITY. In today’s ever-changing digital world, new Smart Home technology and home security can help the family live in a more comfortable and secure environment. We place the focus on making life a little easier, for a family that deserves it. 

EXTERIOR. Many options are available to allow our families to spend more time in their outdoor spaces. An outdoor deck or pergola provides a perfect foundation to place new outdoor furniture for their family to relax. Designer exterior veneer or siding can accent their home with some style. New gutters and/or gutter protection from debris allow a lower maintenance lifestyle. If needed for medical purposes, a therapeutic spa offers family members a reprieve from dealing with health issues.

CLIMATE PROTECTION. A whole house generator provides security knowing that the family’s critical health and medical equipment is able to be used without interruption during Florida’s severe weather, even during power outages. Storm shutters could be an option to help protect the home against the storms.

AND MORE. Fencing could add a little security. Outdoor pavers could add a little style. Necessary roofing, electrical, or plumbing repairs could add a little peace-of-mind.

Depending on circumstances, perhaps a garage upgrade can provide much-needed space for the family, whether it’s an  expanded living area, or a hobby area for the children, or the adults.

Someone’s got to cut the grass. Perhaps new lawn care equipment can make this easier for the family to maintain their yard. And an outdoor shed to safely store this equipment.

Depending on circumstances, there could be an improvement not yet discussed. Special needs requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  

In all, there are 24 ‘Choice Upgrades’ that may be available for VIBE recipients. Our team will work tirelessly with our partners to provide as many improvements as feasible,.

Whether it’s the VIBE Select Edition with six major improvements and finishing touches, or the big Kahuna—the VIBE Flagship Renovation with 18 major improvements and finishing touches, recipients can request from a list of many.

Combined, the VIBE Home Makeover Tampa Bay 2026-27 improvements are expected to be valued in excess of $300,000 in community impact in our inaugural year.
