Trilogy Agency’s VIBE Home Makeover Accepting Nominations

VIBE Home Makeover is now accepting nominations for our inaugural project in Tampa Bay, Florida. VIBE provides designer home makeovers and renovations to recipient families in need, at no cost to the homeowners.

In our first year, five families will receive home makeovers in the bay area.

Four recipients will receive the Select Editions with six or more major improvements and a selection of finishing touches.

One recipient will receive the Flagship Edition renovation, an extensive interior and exterior transformation with 18 or more major upgrades and an array of home décor finishing touches. 

The makeovers and renovations are completed following an exhaustive search for the most deserving families in the bay area. Recipients will be selected based on their need for improved living conditions, past and current health challenges, and financial difficulties.

For all VIBE Home Makeovers, the families must reside in the home to be renovated.

Applicants for the Select Series can own or rent their home, and must live in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Manatee, or Sarasota County.

Applicants for the Flagship renovation must own their home and live in the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) which includes Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties.

The improvements are completed during multiple six-day windows for the Select Series, and during a 12-day window for the Flagship renovation.

Combined, the improvements for all five homes for the inaugural VIBE Home Makeover Tampa Bay are expected to be valued in excess of $300,000, including $180,000 for the Flagship renovation.

We are seeking families, couples, or single persons-in-need. Household income should be no more than 300% of federal poverty level ($96,450 for a family of four), although families with health or other challenging conditions may be eligible with higher household incomes.

If the nominee is determined to be a viable candidate for a makeover, they will be asked to complete a full application at a later date.
