Now accepting pre-qualification forms for our inaugural VIBE Home Makeover project in Tampa Bay, Florida for 2025!
One family-in-need will be selected to receive a $150,000 VIBE designer home makeover. More than 20 exterior and interior improvements will be made by our showcase partners. Core upgrades may include Paint, Landscaping, HVAC, Windows, Solar, Flooring, Kitchen Cabinets OR Refacing, Countertops, Bathrooms, Appliances + Electronics, Furniture, and Mattresses + Bedding.
In addition, depending on the family’s needs, other improvements may include Smart Home, Security System, Closets, Window Treatments, Lighting, Ceiling Cans, Water Purification, Whole House Generator, Gutters + Protection, Outdoor Furniture, Fencing, and Pavers.
Plus, certain homes may receive upgrades such as Spa, Lanai, Outdoor Shed, Lawn Care Equipment, Garage Reno, Epoxy Surfacing, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Storm Shutters, Custom Carpentry, and Special Needs/Requests.
To complete the designer makeover, finishing touches may include Artwork, Décor, Mirrors, Plants, Vases, Linens, Rugs, Lamps, Clocks, Shelving, and Throw Pillows, all combined with the Homeowner’s Treasures.
In all, the lucky recipient will receive a VIBE Home Makeover of more than 20 of these improvements, transforming their home into a truly beautiful and functional living environment. (Disclosure: Each recipient will not receive all of the noted improvements, but rather, approximately 20 listed upgrades, plus finishing touches, that are conducive to their living situation.)

We are seeking a family, couple, or single person-in-need. Household income should be no more than 300% of federal poverty level ($90,000 for a family of four), although families with health or other challenging conditions may be eligible with higher household incomes.
Candidates for the VIBE Home Makeover must be a Florida homeowner, live in the home to be renovated, and be located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco counties.
Our inaugural VIBE Home Makeover will be produced in Tampa Bay, in 2025.

The project launch is in the beginning of 2025, with design and product placement in spring ‘25.
Renovation is scheduled for the fall of ‘25, with the improvements completed during a concentrated 12-day period October 6th-18th.
Funding for VIBE Home Makeovers originates from project partners, who contribute financial resources, home-related products, and employee volunteer support.
